Steven brings 30+ years of enterprise IT and security leadership, including 15 years working with law firms. He helps organizations make technology decisions and carry them through to implementation.
His work focuses on AI governance across Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and ChatGPT; Microsoft 365 and Azure architecture; data access and DLP; and fractional CIO/CISO guidance. He works with law firms, energy companies, financial institutions, and PE-backed organizations.
For an AI rollout, that means reviewing who can create agents, which data connected tools can reach, how access gets approved, and who owns the controls after deployment.
Steven participates in the ILTA legal technology community as an Industry Participant, bringing practical deployment and governance experience to the conversation.
